Rogers to bring iPhone to Canada this year. ↪

Rogers Communications today announced that they struck a deal with Apple to offer the iPhone in Canada later this year.

Ted Rogers, President and CEO of Rogers, issued the following statement:

“We’re thrilled to announce that we have a deal with Apple to bring the iPhone to Canada later this year. We can’t tell you any more about it right now, but stay tuned.”

This puts an end to months of speculation over the iPhone’s availability in Canada.
